I wonder if the FBI (or some other government entity) has a list of these mentally unstable people who are racist and have the potential to be violent.

What are the relevant attributes vs irrelevant attributes of the statistics? My career is statistics. Is it relevant that most criminals are male? Is it relevant that most criminals disproportionately come from single mom families?
Is it relevant how tall, or how fat criminals are? Is it relevant that disproportionately most criminals come from a sub-culture where criminal behavior is so common is is accepted? Is it relevant that disproportionately few non-Christian Asians are NOT criminals?

I suspect if you did read this manifesto....you’d find it’s less a manifesto, and more of a sexual-diary of stuff that was going on in the school (with teachers and students).
There are plenty more, ready for activation, as needed. It is a little hard to get the timing exactly right, and sometimes they detonate prematurely. But that does not matter very much.
