Hmm. In 2017 Palmeter was a minor. Under age.

I’m guessing that Baker Act detail was expunged.

Baker act only strips rights during confinement. It’s not a permanent thing and that’s Very good. The whole thing of being locked up by accusation alone is awful. And losing rights that way is even worse.

Right, to be held longer then 72 hrs, Dr has to get court order from Judge, then it gets reported to gun folks and would be in database. He didn’t keep him longer then 72hrs so no flag.
