I'm a retired teacher. While I was working I never saw anything like this in a school district.
They were starting to designate teachers as “tech coaches”, “new teacher mentors” and “homework hot-line teachers” and stuff like that but they all still had to be certified and working in their teaching field.
This chit is sounding like the “political officer” the Germans and Russian put in their military units.
I wouldn't be surprised to see this pot boil over before too long.

Political compliance officers, in direct conflict with the Bill of Rights, Constitution and various statutes. Funny how there's a belief that civil rights and the rule of law can be suspended and does not apply on school property.
