“McConnells wife must be an ambitious harpy, to allow a once-proud man to be on display in such an appalling debilitated state. Elder abuse.”

She got a cabinet post in the past two Republican administrations as a payoff. The two of them lust after power, like all oligarchs.

Not Elder Abuse.

The Republicans are trying to prove their POTATO McConnell is a better POTATO than the Democrats POTATO Biden.

It’s a Battle of SPUDS!!!! Which one will get Mashed First???

Okay, that’s two things in the last 20 years.

No one else would have done their job in that position?

I grow tired of being reminded he did what his job called
for as if that was remarkable. It wasn’t. It was simply
what was called for, and he did it.

He’s not a hero for doing his job.

What did he do above and beyond the call? Did he do the
rest of his job? No.

Did he champion Conservatism. Did he speak out forcefully
every time the Democrats sought to abuse their positions?

Did he come up with creative ways to improve the
Conservative condition. When he saw what was happening
with schools in our nation, did he speak out against it
or come up with a fix?

Did he cooperate with the house to prevent any of what is
happening these days, from happening?

Did he defend Trump at all?

He was MIA for 98% of the time.

McConnell has taken massive bribes from the communists. Both Chinese and Russian/Ukraine. Just like Biden and too many others.

We need mandatory retirement of Congresscritters at the age of 75, max.

I'd prefer an annual physical and actual cognitive test.

Speaking of which, why can't we be like the Eskimos and put these geezers out on the ice flow?

Because we aren't on the ragged edge of survival, we have the ability to care for the infirm.

We won't starve if granny's moaning and groaning scares off game, nor will we freeze to death if dragging granny along keeps us from getting to shelter before nightfall.

Its more likely partial complex seizures. I get the same blank stare when I have them. If so he probably is ok to work. When not having a seizure you’re fine and perfectly normal.

As pointed out, the Demonrat Governor is required to appoint a Republican. BUT, he is threatening to ignore that and appoint a Stalinazi Demonrat instead and let it drag through the courts (which I’m sure they could easily find a Derp State judge that would sign off on this).

1. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
2. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
3. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA)
4. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY)

Answer: They all have a conservative rating of “F”

Many of these guys call each other names on TV and then golf together the next day.

It’s just all part of the show.

On all the big issues, the actual important stuff, they often see eye to eye because both sides are bought and essentially indistinguishable, example trade with PRC.

Metaphor, old boy. Eskimo ice flows are a metaphor. We should be able to retire decrepit senators when they are no longer compos mentis.
