Modern day Woodstock? I was only 15 in 1969 but I do remember my dad complaining about the nasty hippies non-stop. LOL

.

I was 4.
I was sitting on the living room floor watching it on TV.

My Dad (sitting on the couch) -

"THOSE KIDS ARE CRAZY!!!" He kept saying...

That's my memory of Woodstock. LOL.

By accident, or luck, I was one of those “smelly hippies!”
(long story)😏

Looking back, would I do it over again knowing what I know now at my age?

Most definitely yes!🙂

It was messy yes.
It was muddy and trashy yes.

It was also a memory of one of the greatest days of my life!👍

The majority didn’t go to protest or to support communism as was being said at the time.

Nope, most of us came for the music, the bands and boy did we get those, rain or shine!😁

Somehow this burning man get together doesn’t feel the same!

Looks more like a Communist gathering.

Of course I am OLD now and I just might have turned into my father!😮
