The online job search company Indeed is offering transgender employees who seek gender-affirming care, a $10,000 benefit to cover expenses needed to relocate to a place that provides 'care' and 'support.'

Indeed's 'gender-affirming care relocation benefit' initiative went into effect in July, the company told Axios in a statement last week.

'Our transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming colleagues are integral to our business and culture,' Misty Gaither, Indeed's vice president of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, said in the statement.

I used Indeed once while searching for a tractor driver out here on the farm. They sent me a transgendered individual. Said he was familiar with a John queer not a John Deere. It didn’t work out
