A Republican state lawmaker from Fort Kent has spoken with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy about a 2024 run against U.S. Rep. Jared Golden of Maine’s 2nd District and is expected to announce his campaign soon.

We need to get rid of Rep/POS Golden as soon as possible, not sure being a backed by McCarthy and the NRCC is a ringing endorcement! NO RINOS and NO SQUISHED!
Golden keeps winning. Do what it takes. The district should be competitive.
We’ll need a successor to Collins down the road.
