Beshear attacks Cameron over abortion restrictions in Kentucky’s race for governor

Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear began airing a new ad last week attacking GOP challenger Daniel Cameron for supporting Kentucky’s near-total ban on abortion.

It’s a change in strategy for the incumbent, and many Democratic politicians in the South, who have avoided going on the offensive over abortion rights. Over his political career, Beshear has rarely gone out of his way to criticize political opponents for restricting access to abortion, usually sticking to broad statements and advocating for a middle ground.

“I believe that Roe v. Wade had it generally right,” Beshear said last year after the U.S. Supreme Court undermined the landmark ruling that guaranteed abortion access. “This ultimately should be a rare, but legal procedure. There are reasonable restrictions that could be placed on it. I’ve always been against late-term procedures.”

But in Beshear’s latest TV advertisement, which began running across Kentucky late last week, Louisville prosecutor Erin White looks directly at the camera as she describes Daniel Cameron and Kentucky’s total ban on abortion – including in instances of rape and incest – as “extreme and dangerous.”

“Cameron believes rapists deserve more rights than their victims,” White said in the video.

The decision was the right one but R v W has given the rats a golden bullet with the selfish F’n single issue women and there are a lot of them, apparently enough to given the dems wins all over the country.

Andy loves abortions so much, he should ask Jane why she didn’t get an abortion 45 years ago?

Democrats will beat us everywhere on the abortion issue. And regardless, Andy Beshear is extremely popular in the conservative state of Kentucky. Cameron made a huge mistake thinking he could win.

If Cameron doesn’t hit back hard on this he deserves to lose.

”The Democratic Party has been a racist organization for almost two centuries. They have enshrined legalized abortion in their agenda to reduce the black population in America.”

You realize Brassiere has been to The White Hospice twice in the past 3 years to beg for a post-defeat jerb. Apparently he wants Czar of not DC, but D&C.

No, even worse, he is begging for a Federal judiciary appointment, which he will probably get after Cameron curb-stomps him.

Lil' Andy maskless during the height of the scamdemic ...

When Lil' Andy got caught maskless from that pic, he had a hissy fit and withdrew his kid from their 'traveling' baseball team, complaining that people had "taken pics of his family".

No, they'd taken pics of Lil' Andy maskless and other pics that show him maskless outside his home state. He got caught by the ears and he pissanted about it like a teenage girl.

Gosh it would sure be a damn shame if Cameron used that pic in a political ad .. gosh. gosh.

Cameron is going to lay a election beating upon Lil' Andy that generations of political scientists will remark upon in 3023. *spit*
