How does Biden have the authority to send our weapons to Ukraine? If I remember my history correctly President Roosevelt had to go to Congress to get the authority to send supplies to the England before we entered the war.
It is not just the cost of the weapons, it is the fact he is depleting our own supplies, supplies that may take years to replace.
