Just like the AMT which was supposedly created to make a few hundred taxpayers pay their fair share.
The amount of new resources the IRS will have will be more than enough to audit the high earners.
But the sheeple will be deceived. Sad.
The HIGHEST EARNERS are the drug rings & such.
