It’s a way for the GOPe to avoid engaging directly in defense of Trump with something other than a milquetoast comment about weaponizing the DoJ. I see no one demanding testimony from the DoJ. I see no one slashing their funding. I see no one bringing impeachment charges against DoJ people.
No, they prefer to talk about the President’s son because the media would be delighted to cover that rather than spreading news of department defunding and various DoJ impeachment procedures.
It’s so funny that this was exactly what some here wanted when trump got a special counsel. They demanded it in fact.. Then when they do it, the same people cry. It must be miserable being so unhappy all the time.
