I buy real Pseudofed, behind the counter up to the maximum limit every month. Haven't bought this other junk except the very first time it was substituted and realized it was worthless.
I'm sure it's not the only thing that puts me on the Secret Police's watchlist.

Utter crap. I take phenylephrine regularly at bedtime to allow myself to breathe and sleep. It works well, though not as well as pseudoephedrine. It’s easier on the BP than pseudoephedrine, though. I’ll use pseudoephedrine when I’m really stuffed up, and use generic Afrin spray as a seldom used last resort.

My wife picked up some hypoallergenic laundry detergent with no scents added. The sheets are comfortable and neutral. I have something else going on in my calf muscles. A deep itch that is extra painful when subjected to hot water in the shower. My calves look a little like the effect of congestive heart failure, but I doubt that is the issue. I suspect I was exposed to the original SARS in March 2003. Both legs were swollen.The ER did lots of tests. No diagnosis. No treatment. Just a big bill. I had to walk on my treadmill 20 minutes per day for 3 months before I could put my shoes on again.
Keep trying options. I also found that alcohol and chocolate will disturb my sleep. Lots of restless hours before finally settling down to sleep.

Benadryl is actually good for poison ivy rash. It suppresses the itch. I know from experience.

Benadryl is good for poison ivy. It was also good for my Mom to suppress her radical skin itching problems.
