Yes, RNC is odd pick, rather non-controversial agency that we need. Same with CDC, though they've lost their way. Probably easier to say get rid of them instead of saying refocus them on their original core mission, diseases. New leadership will do wonders. Same with other departments and agencies.

Probably easier to say get rid of them instead of saying refocus them on their original core mission, diseases. We've gotten to the point that there is just too much cancer and so a large part of the body must be amputated to save the patient. There can be no reform because the rot is just that pervasive. Not too mention that trying to reform will just result in a strong passive resistance which will only need to last until the pendulum shifts back in their favor.
