Voir Dire conducted by 19 different defense attorneys on every juror...yeah, that will turn out well. Would take at least a month to complete.

Saw this coming a few years ago... and how the ABA just accepted and promoted the trashing of various privileges, most of all attorney-client...I voluntarily stopped practicing because of it.

Worse than that, how will one jury keep straight in their minds the facts about each defendant, what each defendant was alleged to have done, the defense that each defendant put forward, and which witness testimony belonged to which defendant?

It's absolutely impossible for one jury to manage the facts for all 19 people who are charged with different crimes.

Was this happening in everyday legal practices/matters, not just Trump, et al? Do you think there is any way to challenge the ABA?

Another question if you wouldn’t mind: Isn’t this a Due Process issue and unconstitutional? How can a client ever get adequate representation from the lawyer they are paying (in most cases) if they can turn on you and is beholden to an organization and not their client? Thanks.

As the ABA has the biggest built-in lobby in the country (almost every single legislator is a lawyer) the leftist faction (ABA is super-majority leftist) would quickly ruin you if you challenged them. I saw things going left and eroding in both state and federal court as the TDS was ramping up out of control in 2017.

Yes, I firmly believe that the erosion of privilege and outright denial of attorney-client privilege (remember Cohen) is a denial of due process and unconstitutional. Sonn, you will see the left branding any attempts to defend against their nutty agenda as “Obstruction of Justice”. It has already starting in the Trump persecution, and it will be applied to everybody soon. Leftists never ever think things through before they implement them.

She knows this is in trouble and way over her head, which is why she is using tax dollars to hire outside counsel to help her get out of this mess.

She is paying huge amounts of taxpayer money to outside lawyers because her entire operation could possibly go to jail if the table gets turned. Private lawyers are not covered by the corruption laws her office is currently breaking.

Also, I can almost guarantee you a wad of that cash is being funneled back to her.

Yes, I did know that the ABA was leftist along with the Trial Lawyers Assoc. This does seem like an orchestrated effort to squelch rights of any dissenters and turn the US into a one party/one thought country. My take is that no lawyer can now be trusted, so most people will not have legal representation. So, I guess there are no options on how to change this.

What a massive cluster frak.

The DA said the trial will take four months and include dozens of witnesses, but all of the defendants should be ready to go to trial in a couple of months.

“One thing about Soros he picks the dumbest ones he can find ,LOL”

Well, to be fair, he has to determine if they are criminals, or willing to be criminals, before they can be added to the Soros DA candidate List

Willis is a pig>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I see her as a Kangaroo in a Kangaroo Court.

The judge should be terrified at this Gestapo Kangaroo and preparing to exit at to disenfranchise Georgians from votingthe first motion of dismissal by President Trump.

Willis has a nefarious goal to disenfranchize Georgia vters from the opportunity to vote for Donald Trump. Willis is therefore a treasonous individual, a perpetrator of a vast crime against America.

I personally feel sorry for the probably 5% of lawyers (including all the ones on FR) who really don’t want to deliberately let the guilty criminals go loose to find fresh new victims. Not holding back which would hurt the “justice system” by not really giving fair representation.

Still, I root for the smirking defense lawyers on my many TV crime shows to get punished along with the guilty criminals.

One lawyer to the DA recently: “Nice office. My tax dollars at work.”
DA: “Taxes? Most of your clients pay all in cash.”
