I posted this question five days ago:


How does one single jury constitute as "peers" to 19 different individuals?

Somebody should challenge this on Constitutional grounds, demanding separate juries for each person because the charges are different, their actions were different, their jobs were different, their motives were different, etc.


One jury cannot reasonably be "peers" to 19 separate individuals.

Voir Dire conducted by 19 different defense attorneys on every juror...yeah, that will turn out well. Would take at least a month to complete.
