Hunter Biden filed a civil lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for Central California on Wednesday against nonprofit Marco Polo’s founder, Garrett Ziegler, for publishing 128,000 indexed emails from his abandoned “Laptop from Hell.”
Marco Polo issued a digital indexed dossier in October entitled, “Report on the Biden Laptop,” complete with cited timelines, entities, transactions, emails, videos, texts, and photos of the Biden family. The dossier boasts 128,000 emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was abandoned in a Delaware computer repair store.

The key word here being “abandoned”. Per the terms of the agreement he signed.

Why has there not been a movement to take Biden’s name off the ballot in the state of Texas in 2024 due to his malfeasance at the border?? I’m sure there are a host of laws and Amendment violations the GOP in Texas can use to fight to get him off the ballot.
Every Republican state along the border and every red state adversely effected by the invasion of illegals, should be seeking legal remedies to have biden removed from the ballot.
That’s the way the game needs to be played.

I really have to wonder what kind of paperwork the Delaware computer repairman made Hunter sign, when he dropped it off to get fixed.
You have to wonder if someone asks you to say fix a book and then skips out on the repair costs, if you can't look at or give or sell the contents of that book to a third party. That is kind of what Hunter's attorney's are saying.
On the other hand is Marco Polo and its publications protected by the 1st Amendment. Gosh, I hope this goes to the US Supreme Court.
Let’s look months into the future.
In the end Joe Biden will get off totally. Ruled he had knowledge or involvement. Impeachment fails.
Hunter will get off scot free in all his cases.
The only one to stick will be Marco Polo company’s big cash payout settlement to Hunter and an apology.
The stupid chump abandoned the laptop he lost all rights to it.

In the end, someone will be in serious trouble for having a laptop loaded with child porn. But it won’t be Hunter.

Hunter Biden lect that laptop, to the point where the repair shop claimed it as ‘lost property’, as is common repair shop practice.
Ownership then changed hands, and there is nothing Hunter Biden can do.

This guy should present the letter from the 51 intelligence experts saying that the laptop was Russian disinformation. His defense could be that “according to the experts” the information was not property of Hunter.
Besides his bong-loving lawyer who paid off his tax bills, and paid his rent, he’s also got homies paying for his lawyer fees. He claimed he was broke and couldn’t pay child support to his baby mama. I hope he plans on claiming all that money he’s hauling in as income, since he didn’t earn it himself. And he obviously didn’t receive that cash in compensation for any service he provided.

Marco Polo couldn’t publish the child porn on Hunter’s laptops.
