They want this accusation to be used as evidence to obtain all communications of these companies for several decades.
The accusation has no basis.
So pull items derived from “fossil” fuels from further sales in cali. ALL ITEMS.
The purpose has always been to destroy society and Western Civilization.

BS. But just to safe they should all immediately cease all supplies to California.
They want a tobacco settlement.
For decades, the State of California has known that fossil fuels have saved millions of lives and improved the lives of every person on the planet.
And, if California’s factual claim of global warming is true, then the fossil fuel companies have saved even more lives by decreasing the number of weather-related deaths.
By their own logic, the State of California owes the fossil fuel companies hundreds of billions, if not trillions of dollars due to externalities associated with the use of their products.
Can we sue the socialists mismanaging our state, local and federal governments? Socialism is the biggest killer and thug of regular people the world over.
Sems we ought to be able to do so.
We can sue individuals of corporations for mismanagement, its imperative we also do the same for govt officials making massive societal damaging decisions.
I say we do away with any kind of govt immunity as these people get pensions and payments after done serving themselves in office.
Starting Monday the 18th of Sept, 2023, we will not longer sell our products in California.

I'll say. It sickens me that this bastard is going to force the oil companies to spend a billion dollars defending against the sham and that my CA taxes will pay for this travesty. This is the cigarette playbook all over again.
