Trump machine churns out plans for transition; campaign team smooths out bumps of 2016
Washington Times ^ | 15 Sept 2023 | Seth McLaughlin

Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign is more of a well-oiled machine than his first scattershot bid when he learned on the fly and threw together an operation that ignored the traditional nuts and bolts of running for president.

The more professional nature of his campaign’s structure and the legwork his allies are putting in to prepare for a presidential transition is setting the stage for a far less chaotic scene if Mr. Trump seizes the nomination and then returns to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

The America First Policy Institute, a think tank founded in 2021 to promote Mr. Trump’s policies, is doing some of the heavy lifting through a transition project launched last year. Doug Hoelscher and Mike Rigas, a couple of Trump administration alumni, are leading the initiative.

They are tasked with drawing up a Day One road map that allows Mr. Trump — or whoever the conservative nominee is — to hit the ground running when it comes to filling posts, carving out policy and advancing the America First policy vision.

“This unique, experienced, never-before-assembled team has developed the playbook of how a new America First Administration can begin operations to save this country on Day One,” said J. Hogan Gidley, vice chair for the Center for Election Integrity and senior adviser for communications at the America First Policy Institute. “We are grateful to others in the arena who’ve been around for a long time doing the vital clerical work of compiling resumes needed to staff AFPI’s new, innovative Transition Project for 2025.”

Under the British parliamentary system, opposition parties designate "shadow cabinets" that would take over when/if the party achieves power. A worthy concept that should be universal here.

Forget it. Only an idiot would permit the RINO uniparty to get its fingers into the pie. I think Trump learned his lesson from the first time.

If President (then and still now) Trump does not receive republican nomination to be the 2024 (and fully supported) presidential republican nominee then there is no two party system and the one swamp uniparty must go down.
So obvious was the fraud ( voter and otherwise) that foisted a “declared” president upon us and the deceitfulness that has accompanied him.
Should have been fixed in 2020. We have been choosing the weak leaders that President Trump accentuated for all to see. Open you’re eyes.
Can there be so many who will not STAND in DC

Two things get done simultaneously at noon, January 20, 2025: The Keystone Pipeline is back online and every US attorney is fired. Then talk to us about the rest of the playbook.

There will be no transition if election integrity is compromised.

No Trump, No DeSantis, No Vivek, No Haley.

I think Trump learned his lesson from the first time. Lets hope thats true, he not only has to make monumental changes in all agencies, getting rid of clinton obama and rat garbage he needs to set a coarse for the next 4 years. We seem to suffer from 4 years of a Republican and 8 years plus of rats with no longevity plan

So obvious was the 2020 Biden fraud (voter and otherwise) that they were actually able to
foist a “declared” president upon us and the deceitfulness that accompanies him from day one.

If the transition doesn’t begin with wholesale firings of Department heads, the entire SES, and their combined staffs it’ll be a repeat of his first term. The entire senior leadership and everyone down to GS-10 needs to be fired without mercy.

Every last one of them.

More likely there will be no 2024 election at all. The only people talking about 2024 are MSM. Almost no one in Alternative media thinks there will be an election. 2020 has to be fixed first.

Trump is busy watching television and bumping elbows with celebrities in order to make his picks for the cabinet.
