It’s a trial balloon or rattling of the cage. Either way it’s good. Cornyn should have been kicked upstairs to SCOTUS just like Oren Hatch should have been. They get stale. Mike DeWine is out of sight/mind as Gov. That’s good. Kasick showed his true colors as Gov. so what do I know?

Paxton is good, but take a look at Virginia’s AG, Jason Miyares, he is winning lawsuits all over the place.
Maybe he’ll be able to take Youngkin’s place.
This is all being orchestrated by Obama and the people running him. He is driven by hatred. Like all people driven by hatred he will not last, but like all people driven by hatred he will hurt many people before his influence ends.

I’ve been watching this from the very beginning, about the time when the Texas Legislature threw their Impeachment Crap against the Wall.
Phelan, will be toast for this betrayal. He thinks he is protected, but he is NOT. Big money is behind him, but the voters knew what he was much earlier this Legislative session. He made a pact with the Devil (the ComDem’s and Globalist forces) and prevented several pieces of legislation from being approved.
The proceeding is recorded on C-span. The is a State of Texas version too.
The versions in most of the media were edited and spun to support the money behind that media.
I think to fully understand it all, requires watching hours of the proceeding, not that furnished by the lying media. It is called “in context”.
Texas will never be California. Period.
