President Joe Biden has issued an executive order holding Norfolk Southern accountable for its involvement in the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, seven months ago.
Issued Wednesday, the executive order, which comes seven months after the crash on February 3 of this year, says it is “critical that Norfolk Southern continue to be held fully accountable under the law for this disaster, and continue to provide resources to address the effects in East Palestine and surrounding communities.”
“My Administration has mobilized a robust, multi-agency effort to support the people of East Palestine, Ohio, and surrounding communities,” Biden’s order adds.

Whenever Trump issued his they were challenged immediately in federal court by Obama-appointed judges all across the country.

Executive Orders are to provide direction to federal agencies in order to carry out legislation. An EO doesn’t apply here and is to be ignored.
Because most of the Republicans in power are just members of the “party of collusion”. If they were merely the “stupid party”, they could learn something but they are in on the Uniparty deal. It is very frustrating.
The railroad itself admitted that it’s accountable. Bad wheels happen the railroad industy. But that’s no reason to allow people to get rich off the accident by recovering damages thar are far greater than their losses.
That’s not an executive order, no matter what that idiot wants to call it.
When Trump wins guess why the Biden and party want to stop him.
A meaningless EO, which changes nothing.
How is this different from a bill of attainder?
