Ayala, now 18, faces 18 counts — including murder — and has a lengthy criminal history in the juvenile system.Death sentence is mandatory in Ayala's case--otherwise it's open season on all cyclists & pedestrians.
Jail-time is too mild a punishment for this type of crime--an exciting criminal activity that could become a Tic-Toc fad in this currently bizzaro teen society.

I did not know nevada had a death sentence for aggravated manslaughter. because I doubt it was pre meditated, and I doubt he intended to kill the guy. but 25 - 30 years sounds about right.
