I just assumed that it was developed for population control... The world has gone over a 100 years without seeing a natural and effective population control. The Spanish flu wiped out 3 to 5% of the earths population in a short period of time and since then... Nothing.
Covid didn’t help... The population has increased since it’s introduction.
The Asian flu... Nothing... The Hong Kong flu... Nothing... Small pox did it’s job over the centuries killing maybe hundreds of millions, but we cured that and our development of penicillin’s have kept hundreds and hundreds of millions who would otherwise be dead, very much alive and well.
In 1919 the earth’s population was about 2 billion... Now it’s 8 billion plus... Can we live with 32 billion people and likely more than that in next 100 years?
It would be nice to think that humans can adapt to that much growth... But that’s highly unlikely. I’m just glad I won’t be here to see the current sh*t-show turn into a complete and likely horrific disaster.
