YEREVAN, Armenia (AP) — At least 20 people were killed and nearly 300 others were injured in an explosion at a crowded gas station in Azerbaijan's Nagorno-Karabakh region as thousands of ethnic Armenians rushed to flee into neighboring Armenia, the separatist territory's authorities said Tuesday.
Some 19,000 people — about 16% of the region's population — have fled across the border since Azerbaijan defeated separatists who have governed the breakaway region for about 30 years in a swift military operation last week, according to Armenian's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan.
Residents of Nagorno-Karabakh scrambled to flee as soon as Azerbaijan lifted a 10-month blockade on the region's only road to Armenia. That blockade had caused severe shortages of food, medicine and fuel. While Azerbaijan has pledged to respect the rights of Armenians, many residents feared reprisals.

There are rumors that more than two hundred are dead, and many more injured.

MOSCOW, September 25. /TASS/. Russian peacekeepers have escorted 70 residents of the Martuni district to Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno Karabakh, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
Peacekeepers have been evacuating civilians from the Martakert, Martuni and Askeran districts since active fighting erupted in the disputed republic. On September 20, the Russian Defense Ministry said Azerbaijan and officials in Nagorno-Karabakh had agreed to the terms of a ceasefire mediated by the command of Russian peacekeepers.
“The Russian peacekeepers continue to accomplish tasks in Nagorno-Karabakh. The Russian peacekeepers escorted civilians from the Martuni district. In all, 70 people have been escorted [by Russian peacekeepers] to Stepanakert,” the Russian defense agency said.
Also, the ministry said, the Russian peacekeeping force delivered 190 metric tons of food and fuel to civilians in Nagorno-Karabakh in the past day. As many as 715 civilians, including 402 children, are staying with the peacekeepers, with accommodation, food and medical assistance being provided to them.

I saw on the news last night that the Armenians in Artsakh are burning their businesses and homes before they flee to Armenia. They don’t want to leave anything behind for the Muslims.
“(Russian) Peacekeepers have been evacuating civilians”
Then blessings upon the Russians for doing something good.
