Late Tuesday, Acting Police Commissioner Richard Worley said a first-degree murder warrant had been issued and authorities were actively seeking 32-year-old Jason Dean Billingsley. So there must be physical evidence connecting the wanted man to the crime scene? And of course there will be protestations of 'why was this man on the street' form all in positions of power, but no one will be held responsible.
I would further add that no young single woman should live in downtown Baltimore. No young single man either. Or couple. It just ain't worth it.
