Six guys with tactics could shut down the country for weeks. A platoon, for years. Tactics are mentioned elsewhere, so I won’t. Various special forces may do or try the same in Russia. For obvious reasons, China will be more difficult to attack via infiltration. So right now, strategy is more carrot/stick with emphasis on stick (trade and similar). Chinese dominoes are falling faster than Russian, due to reasons.
