Can trump still sell his Ny assets to a relative for $1 (And take tax losses)? Or set up an irrevocable trust naming one or more of his kids as trustees (a la Eg the ford foundation)?

They’re forcing him to put the assets in a receivership probably just to avoid him pulling maneuvers like that.
None of this BS will survive appellate court. Trump and his lawyers know this.
