I mean, I certainly don’t feel sorry for Cuellar. Sadly, he will probably use this as an excuse to push for more gun control.
In truth, Cuellar isnt one of your typical dems.
According to the website, http://politicsthatwork.com/voting-record/Henry-Cuellar-400657 he votes 5.3% of the time in support of more gun control.
Methinks he is one of those ‘moderate’ dems whose district (Laredo) is being overrun by illegals.
He is one of the most conservative Dems in the house and from a district that is both heavily Hispanic and relatively conservative. Perhaps this will make a Republican out of him.
That is working well in Chicago.
