Authorities have not yet located a suspect or suspects responsible for a shooting at a homecoming week celebration at Morgan State University in Baltimore Tuesday that left five students wounded.
The shooting prompted an hours-long lockdown of the school.
Morgan State Police Chief Lance Hatcher confirmed four of the victims are students at the historically Black college.
Worley, who was confirmed as police commissioner on Monday, said investigators did not know how many shooters were involved and the Baltimore Police Department has not released information about the suspect or possible suspects.
The shooting happened shortly after the coronation of Mister and Miss Morgan State at the Murphy Fine Arts Center, as students were heading to a campus ball.
Police did not specify where the shooting took place, only that officers heard gunshots and that several dorm windows shattered. They did not say if the shooting impacted the windows or if they were shattered by students attempting to flee.
Many students hunkered down for several hours, as police went room to room looking for suspects, a police news release said.
Konnor Crowder, a sophomore from Baltimore, said he was waiting for the coronation ball to start with several friends when they witnessed people running in terror.

It was big news last night, but was soon back-burnered once the MSM realized where it happened and what would be the likely ethnicity of the shooter.
That's the reason for posting it this morning.
Why should we Care? This is black culture, if they want to shoot each other, so be it, Celebrate it, Encourage it, Support it. Who are we to question their culture anyway?

In Democratic run urban areas the vast majority of felonies including murder never result in an arrest or conviction. Often the shooting “victims” are being shot in revenge shootings. There has been a collapse of the criminal justice system in Democratic run urban areas. The collapse reflects the values and desires of the majority of the population that lives there. America is divided. There no longer exists a core consensus of commonly held decent values to unite us.

Living amongst Democrats is dangerous. I have moved from Louisville to Shelbyville in the summer, and to Stuart, Florida for the rest of the year. Relatively few Democrats, much nicer life style.

The Mafia often did the same. But the Mafia was usually careful not to hurt any innocents.
We’re not saying anything close to that in the D cities. The shooter sprays bullets everywhere. Grandmothers get hit. Little children get hit. Etc.
No one cares.
The suspect is still at large? Scary, but I don’t know who or what to look out for, BECAUSE THERE WASN’T A DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSPECT(s) in the entire article.

A Morgan State spokesman blamed guns for the shooting not the Ghetto behavior of the souls perpetrating the alleged crimes. To solve a problem you have to identify it first.

The Fox News announcer last night did mention at one point about it being a historically black institution. That there is a building named for Thurgood Marshall was another giveaway.
