Why? 99.99999% of the people who go through the process to get a license are NOT criminals and are highly unlikely to ever BE a criminal.

Then again, the same can be said for those of us on the Pro-2A side of things in general.

Actually, gun-free zones are an invitation to crazies. Crazies tend to go places where there won’t be resistance. A local gas station has a “Concealed Carry Welcome” sign, and it’s a safe place to be. Robbers are going to go somewhere where there’s a good chance they’ll not get shot.
