On Oct. 3, the famed tattoo artist and “LA Ink” star posted a video of her getting baptized on Instagram, more than a year after she announced she was giving up witchcraft.
The clip, which is captioned only with a sign of the cross, captures some of the people at the baptism, while angelic music plays before the camera settles in on her.
“Today, I went through my entire library, and threw out books that just don’t align with who I am and who I want to be. “I’ve always found beauty in the macabre, but at this point, I just had to ask myself what is my relationship with this content? And the truth is, I just don’t want to invite any of these things into our family’s lives, even if it comes disguised in beautiful covers, collecting dust on my shelves.”
Von D also wrote she was not trying to degrade anyone interested in topics like witchcraft, while noting she had to follow her own path.
“But right now, it’s never been more clear to me that there is a spiritual battle taking place, and I want to surround myself and my family with love and light,” she wrote.

Yep. Saul on the road to Damascus for instance.
God bless her. 🙏
Good analogy.
Amen 🙏🏻! Well said!
There is a difference between humbly confessing your faith before God, and drawing attention on social media. Let’s see if she renounces her tattoo lifestyle.
How about you renounce judging people?
The girl is looking for support.
How did I judge her?
Celebrate a lost soul that has been found!
If this is real, and she’s sincere, give her credit for her actions and statements……as her name is a ‘known influencer’ and she might help others to rethink their vices and direct them to a personal faith in Christ
I hope and pray 🙏🏻 she does.
Some people fall off, because they don’t know otherwise.
I’m happy to hear this for her.
We should give glory to God when someone finds faith in Christ, however unexpected.
Her tattoos are a mark of her past life with will always be with her and there is nothing she can do about that.
Its just for show. Its still attention whoring for her.
Maybe she did renounce her tattoo, even though it’s not a sin to have one. There’s also nothing wrong with being baptized in front of witnesses. Be it social media, or the people in the audience.
Do you know this how?
Gut feeling. Plus its blatant self-promotion, still.
Now, how do you know I am incorrect?
Excuse me if I am sceptic of her new found faith.
She is an awful human being! Betrayed all her friends, lovers, partners, even a husband I think or almost husband.
She’s a whore and it doesn’t surprise me that she got into the occult.
I don’t care about the tattoos. She is a very talented artist as many of her former associates/friends who she f screwed over.
If she found “faith” (NOT religion) I’m happy for her, but I don’t believe it. Just “goin through a phase”.
You have a point
A counter point is that she is well known celeb in a lifestyle community where her influence could cause many others to emulate her.
