Judge Engoron is the typical arrogant judge who decides first, ignores the law, and then declares “if you don’t like my decision, you can file an appeal”. Appellate courts charitably call what he does “error” rather than “misconduct”.
May Engoron be entered into the annals of history as “The Hanging Judge”
