The news out of Israel since Hamas launched unprecedented vicious attacks early Saturday morning has been horrific. Latest reports place the Israeli death toll at more than 600, with thousands injured and dozens of people held hostage.
Now, there are reports that Americans are among those killed and held hostage. Israel's UN Ambassador, Gilad Erdan, told Will Cain on Fox & Friends Sunday that there are dozens of American citizens among those being held hostage by Hamas in Gaza.

US administrations used to say “We don’t negotiate with terrorists” until they discovered that some terrorists and governments are the same thing.
Daughter and SIL were scheduled to go in a week. praying their tour gets canx or that they pull out. Don’t want to be raising my grandkids.
The term hostage is misleading. Hamas views them as war prizes. Read the Koran people. They were not taken to ransom. They were taken to be slaves.
Heard this morning that multiple airlines have cancelled flights into Israel following the declaration of war.

A simple interpretation for hostage in this situation is a captive who has not yet been executed.
Hamas knows how to play the game: It saw how easy it was for Iran to get billions of dollars in exchange for the hostages it held, and it (Hamas) wants some of that action.
How many have snuck into the U.S. through our “secure” border?
We are due for another attack. Let that sink in.
Fortunately, Israel is intimately familiar with Hamas and their strategery.
This should be at the forefront of everyone’s minds today.

I understand that! If we had a normal administration, these tours would be forced to cancel. I have had several invitations to go with the groups but always refused due to the fact that it’s a very dangerous place and I have never been on a plane. I don’t travel.
I hope your kids tour is canceled for a while.

In March, the Taliban started posting video of the fields of military vehicles the US left behind for the Taliban.
The Taliban also claims the Abu Dujana brigade of the Al-Badr Corps have already repaired over 300 military vehicles and now are ready for use.
And don’t forget the room full of $100 bills Joe Biden left the Taliban for good measure.
You can’t love America and arm our enemies at the same time.
It’s just not possible.
