You might remember him from the night in 2018 when conservatives cheered him loudly as he stood up in a small town meeting and in an impromptu speech defended the Second Amendment rights of Americans.
Previously just an unknown hard-working man from the south, he gained the spotlight and went on to run for office and won the Lt Gov seat(imagine that?—a black man winning in the south? Where there is just a hot-bed of racism? /s)
