A teacher was killed in a knife attack in a school in the northern French city of Arras on October 13 and the investigation has been handed over to the anti-terrorism prosecutor's office. The regional Pas-de-Calais authority said the suspected assailant, who also wounded a second teacher and a school security guard in the attack, was arrested. The suspect was a Russian-born Chechen and former student of the Lycee Gambetta high school where the attack happened, a police source said. He was on a watch list of people known as a potential security risk in connection to radical Islamism, the police source added.
The trouble with Chechens is they do not look middle eastern and thus do not present an immediate red flag. Many of the Chechen troops fighting against Ukraine seem to be very secular but they are probably pious when it suits them.

The reason this Chechen (not Russian) Terrorist was in France is because the Russian Federation Authorities were coming for him and his family, (as they do for all Chechens who are Terrorists), and French Frog Fools took him in because they hate Russia.
This is an identical situation the the US sheltering The Tsarnaev Brothers and their families.
The Russian Federation FSB contacted the FBI and warned them about the Tsarnaev Terrorists months before their Bombing of The Boston Marathon.
The FBI ignored the FSB because ... well because Russia.
You need to Fix France, Foreigner.
It is certain his family will escape justice exactly as the Tsarnaev's did, however it won't be the Russians they escape to, it'll be the Russians they escape from.
