There is nothing stunning about this memo. It is a reminder that as diplomats they do not have a personal verbal or written position and to be mindful that they risk discreading the US, and they risk their own security.
I was a diplomat from 2006-2012. Whenever I left the American Embassy Tel Aviv to provide support to the Consulate in Jerusalem, I was told to keep my mouth shut.
This is routine. Liberals need constantly reminded their Marxist values are not official policy positions.
Seems like a play to gain votes in the upcoming election. I do not believe anything coming out of this junta “administration”.
The Israelis would have to be quick and destroy Gaza while they still have political support from the U.S. (and the West). It’s not a guarantee if the war is drawn out.

Indeed. Israel is employing a siege mentality in dealing with war on Gaza. Blocking water, food, electricity and other supplies. Too bad they aren't blocking reporters from going in. Reporting by leftist media should have been the first thing blocked in Gaza. Level the area and kill the mussie scum completely. Only then allow the leftist media in... then rinse and repeat.
Perhaps orchestrated because Ukraine war not working out as planned. Military Industrial Complex needs to extract revenue somehow from taxpayers/printing machines. Why urge restraint while there are weapons to be sold!
