Trump’s lawyers should file a motion to prevent Smith’s office from leaks revealing unproven accusations in response as well as a motion to remove the case to a different venue since Smith has already prejudiced potential jurors with selected leaks. You can’t prejudice potential jurors by the prosecution in the press and then gag a response from the defense. What’s fair about that?
