Of what I’ve seen recently (haven’t been watching a lot of TV), Cameron’s more recent abortion commercials do a fairly good job of catching Beshear lying. But, Cameron is not effective at all on the education issue. Why he’s afraid to take on the teacher’s unions is understandable, considering that killed former Gov. Bevin, but, he really could make some hay by digging into KY’s educational performance data, and then argue that alternatives and competition are needed.

The ads catching Beshear in lies are coming from some advocat PAC, not from Cameron.

Daniel is mostly running the same, blah ad that he probably filmed 4-5 months ago. Beshear is changing.. adapting... pounding the issues that are working: ie, Abortion, education.

How about running commercials reminding people that Beshear had State Troopers taking down license plates of people who tried to attend Church on Easter. How about ads showing Beshear OPPOSING Republican efforts to roll back income taxes. And then, expose Andy for trying take credit for it.

And.. yes... Taking on the teacher’s unions is probably a bad idea. But, you can’t just let them say you want to “take money away to give to fancy private schools”. How about, as you say, pointing out the FAILURE of our public schools and teh breakdown of our bussing system. Promote ways to improve this, and allow more neighborhood schooling.

Andy LOCKED down this state during Covid, for nothing. I haven’t seen one ad reminding people about that. Side by side with Mr. Rogers would be my approach.

It really doesn’t matter now. It’s over.
