I just heard that. This guy thinks this is a football game. Why is it so difficult to actually say stuff—instead he wraps everything in these colloquialisms, and the world is continually saying, “What?”
To be fair, most of FR has treated the Ukraine war like it’s a pro sports event and they root for their team every day.
The hackneyed colloquialisms, like his endless phony life stories and his fake used car salesman grin are all he has ever had. His entire political career has been fueled by the cheesiest level of phoniness, and yet still somehow he managed to get elected (we know how it happened in 2020, at least).
The way our State Dept. is trying to box Israel in (no military help unless you allow "humanitarian" trucks to enter Gaza), it looks like it's just another attempt to nurse Hamas' mayhem into another long war, one that they're gaming for a certain outcome. With vindictive, Israel-hating 0ba⋔a behind the scenes, who knows how much of what Hamas did wasn't part of the game plan.
State seems to have wanted Russia to start WWIII in Ukraine, so that Russia could be shamed on the world stage and cowed into becoming a vassal to world overlords, but that hasn't panned out. So now try Plan B: maneuver Israel to take desperate measures, then shame them into annihilation by a horde of enemies.
