Has anyone been proven to have died in the parking lot or the hospital itself from the Arab/Persian missile or the secondary explosions from the ammo stored there? With the claims of hundreds dead, I expected to see at least one wing of the hospital completely collapsed instead of just windows blown out and a few cars scorched.

Islamic Jihad goes way back. They were responsible for the kidnapping of David Dodge, Acting President of the American University of Beirut, and other Americans, during the 1976 war in Lebanon.
