maybe we shouldn’t pee our pants every time someone shoots missiles at us. Or charges our boats in the gulf. And lets let Iran have a bomb and an ICBM to deliver it to Europe or Tel Aviv with while we send them billions for humanitarian aide.
Sovereignty, democracy, human rights, and even our national security are only arguments used when there is a political and economic advantage in taking action.
See our Southern border and the PRC as examples where you have a real national security threat and we choose to take no action because the economic interests go against such.
