Even if Joe (his handlers) and Blinken are pro-Israel, everyone working for them may be pro-Hamas.
I suspect a LOT of people now working in the Biden Administration are vehemently Anti-Israel and Super-Mega Pro Palestinian. Some of them couldn’t even tell you why. They think there is only one side with any sort of moral argument.
In other words, I think this was done in order to put several Israeli special forces in grave danger. Sort of like when a store owner gets robbed, his wife gets pistol whipped, until the store owner grabs that pistol and uses it to kill the robber.
Many news writers in the US are not above publishing that store owners name and/or address or perhaps a still photo showing a street view of that business. They want the righteous person to be slain for daring to defend himself.
