Actually was sentenced but GW Bush commuted the sentence and PDJ Trump pardoned Scooter Libby.

It all started with the Valerie Plame BS and ended with he “lied to the FBI”.
Scooter went to jail for some bs technicality of lying to the FIB.

Libby lost all appeals and was ordered to begin serving his time. President GW Bush commuted his sentence and Libby did not serve a day in prison. Libby was not pardoned, but his prison sentence was commuted. The fine and the probation remained.
That bs technicality is specifically spelled out as a felony in the Federal criminal code 18 U.S.C.
