Sounds to me that someone is trying to ‘rehabilitate’ Hamas.
Based on my understanding of Hamas, they don’t need to take any drugs to do what they did, as they’re taught from kindergarten that Israelis are not human.

If nothing else, Captagon keeps one “hopped up” longer, extending killing sprees. An “evil enhancer” if you will.
Certainly it can amplify one’s bad tendencies. (Ever had to deal with some red faced idiot juiced up by steroids?)
A few notes: Captagon is VERY commonly combined with other drugs — results unknown, but hallucinogenic episodes appear to be common.
Syria is cranking out shipments of Captagon by the many tons. Estimates place it as 50% of Syria’s GDP!

Sounds that way to me as well. The headline starts it with “Hamas fighter”.
Fighters... really? Those were women and children and unarmed people they slaughtered, oh wait “fought”.
