Not saying they couldn’t or shouldn’t be deported, but that 14th Amendment rears its ugly head once again. It guarantees rights to all ‘persons’ in the U.S. It is not restricted to citizens or those here legally and it doesn’t appear, to my eyes at least, to be conditional.
