The intent is to break up Russia.

All of the prognosticators think everything is just going to coalesce in the next X years. The reality is that history is very slow grind. The groundwork is being laid now for future unrest, but I don’t think we will see anything major in the next 5 years.

It takes a catastrophic spark to ignite massive cultural explosions. There isn’t enough pain in the world yet to usher in global unrest. Civilized society is generally content, even under the thumb of dictators.

This is a fascinating citation. "Inside Russia" sounds like inside Russia, where the YouTube channel was originally created -- YouTube states -- Joined Oct 15, 2018.

As to simple monetization, one finds estimates:

https://www.youtube.com/@INSIDERUSSIA/about

"Since Oct 15, 2018, the channel has generated 47,043,707 views. Assuming all views were monetized from day 1* with an average RPM of $3.00, this channel has generated $141,131.12 over 1834 days. That's an average of $28,087.71 per year.

However, depending on the topic, YouTube channels can have a RPM ranging from $0.50 to $20.00. So this channel could have made anywhere between $23,521.85 and $940,874.14, or an average of between $4,681.28 and $187,251.40 per year.

More interesting is that Inside Russia is actually since about May 2021 "Inside Uzbekistan." Here are far less viewed YouTube videos which will show this:
"In this video I explain why I left Russia and moved to Uzbekistan in these trying times." In YouTube video, 28 March 2022 #Moving #Uzbekistan

URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmAPE-aP3J0

The date, 28 March 2022, is very interesting, because it post-dates other videos, as one reads from earlier videos:

"This is part 1 of my personal story of opening business in Uzbekistan, living in Fergana and Tashkent for 2 years and trying to make 1 million dollars living there As below:

HOW TO MAKE 1 MILLION DOLLARS WORKING IN UZBEKISTAN | A Digital Nomad Story | Part 1
INSIDE RUSSIA --- 7,371 views May 1, 2021
URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B10BIbxr9Rg

HOW TO MAKE 1 MILLION DOLLARS WORKING IN UZBEKISTAN | A Digital Nomad Story | Part 2
INSIDE RUSSIA --- 2,837 viewsMay 26, 2021
URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wT_b_uksuZk&t=0s

It becomes all the more interesting as one considers that this video -- at about 65 K views as of the moment -- is so much more viewed than the "How to make 1 million dollars in Uzbekistan." Obviously, his "earn 1 million dollars" didn't net him as many views as was planned.

So Inside Russia is, demonstrably, Inside Uzbekistan, depending on whether one accepts Inside Russia's March 2022 statement or his several earlier May 2021.

Given the videos urge to "BuyMeACoffee" and support with a Patreon membership, one suspects that the "how to earn a million dollars in Uzbekistan didn't turn out quite as planned.

Ah, YouTube, where all testimony is to be believed. Until one looks closer.

For amusement, here is his original rationale for starting his channel. Note the number of views:

"I SEE PUTIN EVERY DAY! | Living In Today's Russia Explained"

6,693 views Mar 10, 2019 #livinginrussia
LETTERS TO KING is your window Russia where living in today's Russia explained.
Find truth about Russia from the insider you can trust. As usual, no fake news, no propaganda, no B.S.

Just remember, "no fake news, no propaganda, no B.S." as we can learn from him how to make 1 million dollars working in Uzbekistan....

A Great Reset is needed for the USA now. America can’t wait for the 2024 elections.

There is an old but accurate German saying:

“Rusland bleibt Rusland”, or “Russia remains Russia”.

That is, the more things “change” in Russia, the more they stay the same. This is useful when trying to deal with Russians, because they will always do things in the Russian way.
