They’re trying all the different permutations to get Biden ahead of Trump by a few points. Hogan? Seriously? Manchin? None of these people would run any ads in Oregon or NJ out of fear of hurting Biden. What does that tell you? They are relying on idiot never Trumpers to hold onto power.

Biden won't be the Democrat nominee. Trump will be wrongly incarcerated, effectively ending his political career. The GOPe will select/anoint a candidate who is free to campaign.
As long as there are still cheat-by-mail-in ballots without enforced signature verification, Trump will be ahead on the night of Election Day, and then the count will be slow-walked for a week until enough mail-ins are found to put Joe ahead. He'll get 120 million 'votes' in 2024.
Add the fraud factor and things look much different.

Trump will need a double digit lead in the swing states to overcome fraud.
But given the high number of undecideds—he could well get over 10% at election time.
If that’s the case, then pubs need to put more attention into the down ballot. Which is where the dems have their focus now.
