Sounds fair enough to me.

There's no case. The Supreme Court should strike this down immediately. Otherwise, the Democrats will do this in every state to manipulate the next election.

The Democrats waging successful lawfare to gerrymander congressional districts their way in the South.

I know a lot of folks think Kemp is a conservative, but he is a RINO in the same bold as Bush, McCarthy and McConnell. Talk conservative but screw the stupid voters who fell for it.

Great, now enfranchise Massachusetts Republicans and give them three out of 9 House seats that have been denied them since 1996. Oh, no ? So GOP voters have no special rights that Demonrats do.

If I’m not mistaken, SCOTUS said that they didn’t take any cases regarding the election and voter fraud, during the 2020 election, because voting and elections were state issues. Unless there was an element of violations of the Voting Rights Act, which I thought had something to do with discrimination.

Then the NC legislature appealed a lower courts decision of congressional maps, arguing that according to the US Constitution, all things regarding elections were the responsibility of state legislatures. Case went to SCOTUS, NC’s State Supreme Court flipped to a Conservative leaning court, but SCOTUS wrote that(if I remember correctly) that the states didn’t have sole discretion to make their voting/election laws and that the federal government had authority.

So, which is it? Can the states make their laws, as stated in the Constitution? Do the feds and SCOTUS get involved in everything so they can make sure the Democrats are happy and can manipulate the process?

He’s not even a RINO. He’s worse.

And the worst part about it is, he’s a “Republican” in a state dominated by “Republicans”. Many of the “Republicans” in the state legislature are legit RINOs. With that, they’re either 100% behind what Kemp and his crew are doing and/or they’re being good little “Republican’s” and just doing what they’re told.

When Blacks got their Demonrat in the White House (with an enormous assist from the corrupt RINO establishment wing of the Derp State) it negated any reason for special voting rights for the Black racial group. The argument was that they couldn’t elect a Black person without special laws. TN-9, for example, has a White Stalinist in a VRA-drawn Black district that hasn’t elected a Black since 2004. Since Blacks appear supportive of this individual not of their race, there no longer is a need for TN-9 to be drawn on race. All House districts in TN should reflect the Republican preference, including Memphis.

Very much so Atlanta is home to major corporations and Kemp sucks up to them.

Working and taxpaying people are not represented in the RINO business as usual political ranks.

I guess the judge wants Blacks to be only represented by Democrats, because that’s how they all think and believe. /sarc

So, the question is: do these judges realize that the Dumb-O-Crats are now mostly Communists, or are they themselves also Communists?

It should first be geometric and then adjusted for population size of 750k per district.

Perhaps the judges realize that race wars are not about economics.

It may violate the Voting Rights Act to draw districts that have a disproportionate impact on blacks, but drawing maps to give ANY race a “safe” seat is unconstitutional.

And unconstitutional trumps unlawful.
