The company made the announcement Thursday night during its third quarter earnings call.

Lawler says they're adjusting their electric vehicle production and future plans to better match demand.

What would the "demand" be without the massive government subsidies? Even with them it is in decline. The poor paying for the vehicles of the rich.

“How bout we tap the brakes just a little bit on us running out building another battery plant right away?”

Looks like it...if supply has swelled that much the prices should be coming down.

That’s what the market is for. When global warming is brought in minds go blank.

The poor paying for the vehicles of the rich.

Reminds me of Biden's college loan forgiveness program - the plumber's daughter paying for the lawyer's son's college education.

Recently two German automakers ceased production of several EVs. If you bothered to read the details, the truth is some of government subsidies ended. There is no ‘market.’

Also, democRATS refuse to build any more real, reliable electricity generation. In fact, they are tearing down existing generation. What they really want is limits on everything.

Which is really better for the consumer? A entirely ICE engine car like a Toyota Yaris or a hybrid with small gas engine and battery pack that will eventually need replacing, like a Toyota Prius gas/electric hybrid?
