I suspect that is their back-up plan if they can not get Trump put in jail. But it is not like them to say that part out loud. I think the era of Trump has flushed out the people who hate American values. Even the media no longer hides their hatred of America as they push Leftwing ideology nonstop. We've never had a clearer picture of each side and our choice.
