The UN should not be supporting Palestinians/Arabs in Gaza at all.
The Israeli’s weapons are so accurate and targeted that there is no need for shelter... They also send messages warning that missiles are coming, and exactly where they are targeted well ahead of time... So unless you’re deaf, dumb and blind... You should be fine.
Answer? If hamas builds SHELTERS it will be harder if not virtually impossible to us civilians for human shields. Geez

They voted HAMAS in as their “leaders” and of course they knew they are being used to bring in money from terrorist enablers like Biden.
They knew the money was being used to arm HAMAS but as long as they got “free stuff” they were happy to go along with the scam.
But now when Israel retaliates for their slaughter of innocent Israelis they are surprised to find that to HAMAS they are just convenient human shields when the bombing starts while HAMAS hides in the tunnels.

It is in Hamas best interest that as many civilians as possible get killed. Every Palestinian child that gets killed gets shown on TV on Al-Jezzera & the MSM.
This creates more sentiment against Israel. Every time some innocent Palestinian child gets killed their brother grows up to HATE the JEWS even more. Another future terrorist is created. HATE is good for their cause. Evil wins.
Funny how the leaders of Israel—in contrast to the desires of the Israeli people—also want there to be sentiment against Israel.
If there were peace, the various agencies and entities would have no game.

I remember reading US gov’t articles on how to best survive a nuclear bomb attack. Lay on the ground with your head pointed away from the blast center, feet point towards the blast. Oh, and cover your eyes. We don’t need air raid shelters.

Which is fine with Hamas because they want mass casualties in Gaza to blame Israel.
They don’t need ‘actual’ casualties... They add 1,000 to each days total... And remember... Half of the deaths are always children.
I think that they’re up to 12,000 now with 6,000 of those deaths being children... And I have land in Florida that I can sell you... Like Hamas’s casualty figures, it may be a bit swampy.
The total estimated figure for civilian deaths in the Ukraine over the last year and half is 9,614... But according to Hamas, the Israeli’s have killed 12,000 in two weeks... With targeted air strikes... Just ask the media... They report these figures like their the gospel truth.
